Help For Hogs

We are a small hedgehog rescue based in North Herefordshire in a village called Shobdon. We cover the local area also into Wales and as far south as Hay-On-Wye.

Our aim is to rescue and rehabilitate hedgehogs and ultimately return them to the wild. When we first receive the hog we assess it for injuries and later for internal nasties such as roundworm, lungworm and fluke these being the three most common problems hedgehogs have. We also assess for dehydration and give fluids once the hog has been warmed up also seek veterinary care when required.
